Trademarks and Patents

The machinery used to produce the Z-CARD® product range is subject to European Patent Number: 602090. Through our investment in this unique and purpose-designed finishing machinery we can guarantee optimum quality, speeds and pricing for our clients. It is a legal requirement that our products are "franked" with this patent number.

We will act to protect our legal position when necessary and have done so previously. This has included successful legal proceedings in respect to patent and copyright infringement. In the UK alone, we have successfully litigated at the Patents County Court, High Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
